Return and Restocking Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days to return the item from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. B-grade rolls of carpet bonded foam and vinyl bonded foam and custom rolls of carpet bonded foam and vinyl bonded foam are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel a custom order of carpet bonded foam, vinyl bonded foam, or vinyl covered panel mats after your purchase order has been accepted, you must do so within 7 days. Any cancellation beyond 7 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
