Repurposed Polyurethane

Although we meticulously craft each of our products to meet the highest standards of efficiency, scrap material inevitably accumulates during the manufacturing process. However, we are committed to ensuring that this excess material does not go to waste. Our polyurethane scrap is shredded and recycled for use in carpet padding, gym mats, and crash pads.

Repurposed Polyethylene

Polyethylene use in our plant has drastically increased within the last few years thanks to our many successes in athletic and recreation segments. With each part being completely customizable, scrap material is inevitable. We’ve added a PE foam densifier which allows scrap to be melted down and shipped back to the manufacturer to be reprocessed into usable material.
